Poor Geraldo.

The former CNBC correspondent, who quit to become a Fox News war reporter, isn't getting any stories because the US Military won't let him talk to the troops. Why? Because he argued that former US President Bill Clinton shouldn't have been impeached. Fox News even asked Oliver North to intervene, but the brass allegedly told him Rivera's paperwork "wouldn't be in order until the war was over."

I need to find a reference for a story I read last year where something like 96% of career military officers identify as "conservative" or "extremely conservative." National security is one thing, but excluding a reporter because of perceived presidential politics is pretty much what the military is supposed to prevent, no? (found via Media News)

Story: My Great TiVo Sadness

The great time saver in my personal and work live, the TiVo, has stopped working because a hard drive is dying and, as a Mac user, I can't fix it. I'm very sad.
