As in the case in Texas with criticizing a shopping mall on the Web, another judge has decided that he can remove public information from the Web if it makes his bad decisions look bad. This judge has jailed a 69-year-old man for publishing truth and satire on the Web in a way that makes it an indefinite sentence with no hearings, no trial, and no medical treatment for TB he caught in jail. Welcome to the RIAA's America, where individuals are guilty until proven innocent.
