OK, I can't imagine why anyone would want to see
Wall Street Journal Daniel Pearl being murdered, except maybe to induce nightmares. I haven't watched it, I don't really want to. I've never even seen "Faces of Death." But for the FBI to call an ISP and demand that this video be taken offline because it's "obscene?" Disturbing, horrifying, gut-wrenching -- but not "obscene," which refers to
sexual content.
Remember, if Ashcroft doesn't want to see it, you shouldn't want to see it either. And who tipped them off? Dow Jones, owners of the Journal, using the FBI as a private investigative service to keep the video of its reporter's death off the 'Net.
