I'm probably behind the curve on this, but Paul Trummel has decided to stay out of jail by removing the names and addresses of nursing home administrators from his Web site -- the one that's not even in the US but that a Washington judge thinks is in his local jurisdiction, without benefit of trial. Trummel promises to defend his free speech rights, but to do so from outside of solitary confinement, and to fight the judge's "libelous personal attack upon my character and my past experience."
