Enron critic being deported

A non-US citizen, who has become a leading spokesman for displaced Enron employees and therefore a thorn in the side of the company and its former backers, is being deported to El Salvador where he has not lived since he was 8. He pled guilty in 1999 to impregnating the woman who is now his wife when she was 13 and he was 17, although he was told she was 16 until after the baby was born. The INS didn't want to deport him -- until he started criticizing Enron.
