Story: Handspring Sucks

I hated to take some time today to write this when there's Macworld Expo stuff waiting at work, but I had to get this off my chest. Handspring's horrible products and combative customer service have now left me without a cell phone for most of the past three weeks with no end in sight, and today's attempt to make them replace a product that died after five days was just the living end. Don't ever, ever buy a Handspring product.

Marshall leaves out the most egregious example of the "I have all the facts so I'm in the best place to make the decision" attitude, though: a man who's charged by a presidential candidate with vetting VP candidates and, after the process, determines that the best man is -- himself!
