I believe that in fifteen years on the bench, Thomas has not said a single thing during oral argument at the Court. He wasn't the most qualified candidate for the bench to begin with - but he was black, he was filling Thurgood Marshall's seat, and his handlers could count on him to vote the regressive, repressive way in just about every case. And he has.

I'm more qualified to be Chief Justice. Sigh.
