...but you always hope it's going to come from someone with at least a small understanding of how it works. Sally Jenkins' column in today's Washington Post is entitled "BCS Has More Money Than Sense," and that's certainly true of Jenkins herself. She doesn't seem to understand the most basic principles of the thing, imperfect as it is.

I had almost a whole story on this completed, but a Tiger glitch lost it (pre-beta software isn't as much fun as you think, kids), and I don't have time to rewrite it.
