I've got to assume that the latter is Coburn, since it's impossible to imagine Inhofe having enough knowledge at his command to be pedantic.

The comments are already starting with stories about these wackos. If you write to Inhofe and tell him that you're a gay citizen who deserves the same rights as every other citizen, all I can imagine him doing is having a low-level panic and mumbling something about internment camps.
