Disaster snuff porn
These paragraphs from CNN's report have to be among the sickest things I've read in "news" in some time. Bold text segments are pop-up video links on CNN's site that I wouldn't reproduce even if I could.
The death toll from the storm is estimated at 68 -- mostly in Mississippi. Officials stressed that the number is uncertain but likely to be much higher. (Watch the video report of a husband whose wife slipped from his grip -- 1:07 )

Right now, on the air, Wolf Blitzer is all "wow" about video they showed of kids being airlifted out in a spinning basket, because it was so fragile that they could have fallen out and been killed, wow! Wouldn't that have been great TV!
I think I need to throw up.
