I swear to God, I just got a press release in my PR mailbox that starts with the following amazing bit of news for this July in 2007:

There's a new craze going on in the world of online video sharing and it's called YouTube.com.

Really? You can put video online? And people share it? Wow!

No rewarding the clueless with links, alas. And, as you might suspect, they're telling me of this heretofore unknown worldwide craze because they're selling software to download the video you don't own:

Fortunately there has recently appeared the software that lets you download movies to PC and convert it to most popular formats, including MPEG4.

There's an MPEG-4? Can people share video with it? Do tell!
