FOX will premiere most of its new fall shows in August and September, instead of waiting until November, after Major League Baseball's playoffs have ended. Notably missing from the list is 24, apparently because it will return again in January and run without gaps or reruns through its full 24-episode run.

But there's one genuine "yikes!" moment in the schedule: FOX is debuting a comedy entitled The War At Home … on September 11.
