I got the kosher salt thing wrong. It's this way:

2 units table salt = 3 units Morton Kosher Salt = 4 units Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt

The directions were right, but the ratios above them were wrong. If you subscribe to Cook’s Illustrated, the PDF file with the ratio is The Basics of Brining.

It's been corrected. I realized this earlier this week, but didn't fix it until AB came on with the Salt special again tonight.
