OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ About 9,600 Oklahoma veterans are exempt from paying sales taxes, thanks to a new state law. The law went into effect on July 1st. But confusion among some merchants is perventing veterans from enjoying the benefits.

I think I saw an ad once for boxer briefs that were pervented, but I don't know any Korea or Vietnam Vets who really would have wanted to wear them.
