Worst headline of the month
From the Norman Transcript, and I feel pretty good in making this call about the Moore Public Library's "Teen Read Week" despite many days left in the month:
Teens get into action at the library
Oh, if only that were all:
Teens will "get high" by scaling the Rock Wall 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday. Permission slips are required and may be picked up at the library. Climbers must weigh a minimum of 40 pounds.
"Mom, will you sign this permission slip so I can get high and get into action with other teens at the library?"
"No, Jimmy, I don't want you getting high or getting action at the library. And it should be Teen Reading Week, anyway, unless you're going there to read each other, and I'm not signing that permission slip either."
