No one is hiring Klingon interpreters
A local news reported that a mental hospital included "Klingon" on a list of languages for which it may need translators someday. The list only exists so someone knows what languages mental patients might speak; it cost the hospital nothing to include Klingon on the list, and it was obviously a bit of humor in an otherwise dreary bureaucratic procedure.
Until the Associated Press picked it up - without a byline - and turned it into a stupid hospital trying to hire a Klingon interpreter because stupid state laws required it. Welcome to the Mighty Wurlitzer, and great job at kuro5hin with the debunking.
