Treason
The disturbing part about Treason is not so much that it's mostly fiction masquerading as fact. The disturbing part is that the people who eagerly lap this spew up don't care that it's fiction. They want to hate the opposition so much that they have no concern at all whether charges leveled against anyone further left of Strom Thurmond are true or not. Such enemies are not true believers, so they don't deserve to live or participate in public life. Anything said or done to eliminate them is therefore justifiable, no matter how ridiculously false or unjust. In their view, that's just how Jesus would want it.
But while Coulter and her ilk would silence the opposition forever, the country they hate but profess to love makes sure that her insanity can be exposed for all to see - if they care to see it. God Bless America on this 227th anniversary of its founding.
